The structure of the cloister adopts a steel frame formed by extremely thin components combined with a space shell structure roof that is subjected to force-finding. Roboticplus adopts the method of digital component production + assembly to intelligently disassemble all hyperboloid modules, and uses a seven-axis high-degree-of-freedom robotic arm engraving system to accurately produce hyperboloid molding molds.
The roof is thin and light, weight as 10kg per sqm. The construction material of the roof is a 35mm carbon fiber sandwich composite panel, and the construction strategy of digital processing and prefabrication can be accurately constructed. After 1:1 pre-assembly, the roof installation is completed within 24 hours after the carbon fiber roof is shipped to the site.
